The donation for the above matter, approved at the 1st Shinjuku 5 Clubs Presidents and Secretaries Meeting (held on Zoom) on Friday, July 16, was made, and the “Food Distribution Event” was held.

We also report that on Tuesday, August 17, at 11:30, at Shinjuku City Hall, we received a certificate of appreciation from Shinjuku City Mayor 吉住健一, Honorary President of the Council of Social Welfare.

1. Date and Amount of Donation

　　Date: Thursday, July 29, 2021

　　Amount: 280,000 yen

2. Use of the Donation

　　Purchase of food to be distributed at the Food Distribution Event (Food Pantry)

　　Rice: @2,000 yen × 100 bags = 200,000 yen

　　Cookies: @400 yen × 100 bags × 2 types = 80,000 yen　　Total: 280,000 yen

3. Report on the Food Distribution Event

　　Dates: Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15, 2021

　　Details: Please refer to the attached report on the “Food Distribution Event – Supporting Child-Rearing! Food Pantry.”

4. Receipt of the Certificate of Appreciation

　　Date: Tuesday, August 17, 2021
