2020 Group 3 Fireside Meeting

After emcee 青木 announced this meeting’s theme, “Rotary Fellowship During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” the Fireside Meeting began with a hearty toast by everyone, led by President 大瀧 (with masks on).

Opinions included acting according to the situation in society and doing what we can while maintaining social distancing. Some also said they felt very uneasy because the outlook remains unclear even once vaccinations begin. We concluded that it is at times like these that we should carry on our activities in the Rotary spirit while keeping an eye on the situation.

The remaining 90 minutes turned into our usual friendly conversation; the talk never ran out, the atmosphere was lively, and our fellowship deepened even further.
