Appreciation Party for the President and Secretary

The evening began with opening remarks by President 内川, and Past President 佐原 led the toast. Everyone then enjoyed some time chatting.

Early on, we ordered an extra 5 liters of 10-year-aged Shaoxing wine, and everyone was delighted!!

To express our gratitude, we presented commemorative gifts and bouquets to Immediate Past President 青木 and Past Secretary 栂野, and the two of them

then gave heartfelt speeches.

Next, to thank those from our club who served at the district level last year and worked so hard, we presented bouquets to 半場慎一, last year's Assistant Governor, and 和田佳久, last year's

Group Secretary, in appreciation of their efforts.

Apparently 和田 plans to give this bouquet to his wife as a birthday present!!

Each committee chair offered a few words of thanks, and on behalf of the charter members, Member 伊藤 gave a heartwarming

speech. The closing remarks were given by Member 葛城 on behalf of the senior members.

Thank you to all 45 participants.

Afterwards, 25 of us moved on to an after-party at Le Petit Tonneau Toranomon, where we enjoyed Champagne.
