As this was the first group meeting of the series, many members attended — thank you very much.
We were able to have a passionate discussion on this time's theme, “Talking about the next 10 years of the Shintoshin Rotary Club.”
With the average age of members set to rise by 10 years over the next decade, many expressed the wish to become a club that other clubs look up to.
To achieve that, increasing membership will be important.
However, rather than simply increasing numbers, we want to bring in more people with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
We also want to build on the traditions our senior members have created and make the club even better.
