On Wednesday, March 10, Secretary 佐々木, Vice President 小川, Community Service Committee Chair 和田, and Environmental Conservation Committee Chair 青木隆政 took part in a planting activity at the “Smile & Dream Garden.” In contrast to the cloudy skies earlier in the week, we were blessed with fine weather. Many people were relaxing around the Garden, and it had an even greater presence than usual.

村上 of the Parks and Greenery Division of Shinjuku City also came to observe the activity.

This time we planted together with contractors, and we are eagerly looking forward to planting with the students of Nishi-Shinjuku Elementary School again in the autumn.

We hope you will all visit the “Smile & Dream Garden.”
