Our company handles real estate in Southeast Asia, Dubai, Australia, Mongolia and parts of
the United States.
I would like to briefly explain the current state of each country’s market and, looking across them, which countries
we recommend.
I will also explain how financing using real estate in Japan works.
【Profile】
After graduating from university, joined Mizuho Trust & Banking. After serving high-net-worth clients, spent about 10 years in real estate transaction services at the head office.
Worked with mid-sized and small companies, business owners, and professional markets (REITs, real estate funds).
Has handled more than 100 billion yen in investment and business real estate transactions.
Joined the company in 2020. Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent (Japan). Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kobe University.
