I think that with four to six people, the discussion does not split into separate tables, making it a meeting in which everyone participates.
It was also suggested that the meeting organizer might designate a senior member to take part.
When recruiting participants, the organizer should plan in advance which senior members will attend, what theme will be discussed and where, before announcing the meeting.
It was also suggested that a preliminary meeting of the Fellowship Committee may be needed for this purpose.

Summary

In summarizing the results of this Group 3 meeting, we agreed that a group of about four to six people allows everyone to participate and discuss the same topic together.
To further enrich the meetings, it would be good to hold preliminary discussions in the Fellowship Committee, and for the Fireside Meeting organizer to designate one of the senior members to lead.
Being able to hear, in a relaxed atmosphere, things that younger members rarely get to ask senior members about in detail serves as a kind of vicarious experience, and I think it will lead to more active participation in future service activities.
